The. Netherlands is a fantastic place for a bike tour. They’re trails are well mapped out for any level of bicyclist. However, there are parts that can be tricky so it is best to really read the maps provided and then cross reference the intersection number. We did get lost a few times but by using this system it wasn’t hard to get back on track. There is so much to see and some wonderfully beautiful places, take the time to stop along the way to take pictures. By being a self guided tour the time is yours. Enjoy the trip.
... I just wanted to thank you for organising a wonderful holiday in the Netherlands; everything went smoothly and no punctures! We will definitely book again. The Dutch Cycle path network was the highlight of our trip, it was a revelation! The one issue I had with it was the small size of the signs- my expectation was to see a normal large sign - you have to look carefully and carry a torch at night...
