From day 2 we also had two panniers, I bought an additional handlebar bag because the junctions alone were not enough and we needed the map again and again.Almost all the hotels were good; the Hotel Boschlust in Oudemirum was completely off the mark with a very small room, which would have been fine - the bathroom was an imposition: no toilet lid and drying off was only possible with the door open.The Hotel De Keizerskroon was also difficult; the room was so small that you didn't know where to put your luggage, but the bathroom was huge, newly tiled, but with a rotten faucet and holes in the wall.Overall, a positive conclusion - we like to think back to Holland....
